Simple, Modern Audio Router & Virtual Mixer.

Status: Early-stage / Pre-1.0 Ecosystem: TPT Solutions Open Source

This project was formerly developed inside the tpt-audio repository under the crate names tpt-audio-core/tpt-audio-gui/tpt-audio-desktop/ tpt-audio-platform-*. It has been split out into its own repository as tpt-mixer; tpt-audio has since pivoted into an unrelated real-time audio engine library workspace (tpt-av-audio).

What it is

The Problem: Voicemeeter (Windows) is complex and buggy. PulseAudio/JACK (Linux) setups can be a nightmare for average users wanting to route specific app audio to specific outputs/mics.

The TPT Solution: A visual, drag-and-drop audio routing matrix with zero-latency, low CPU usage, and per-app volume control.

Compatible on Windows, Linux, and Archon.

  • Linux & Archon compatibility: integrates seamlessly as a frontend for PipeWire on Linux. On Archon, it hooks directly into the microkernel's zero-copy IPC audio server. Audio streams are routed as shared memory buffers, and apps are strictly prevented from capturing system audio unless explicitly granted the AUDIO_CAPTURE capability by the user.
